Your identification of what you needed to do, what you did to accomplish your objectives, and how that has made and is making a difference is what geeks like me call a logic model. You iced the cake by not sitting on your experience, but sharing so that others can learn from you. Blood, sweat, tears, and a scholarly endeavor - I love it!. I really like the way you write.
